I have not had my work completed yet (it will be done by tomorrow), but,I am a first time customer, referred by a friend. Chris had the mechanic look at my car immediately, determined I had a cracked radiator, gave me a price that was very in line with what I would pay at my own regular mechanic of 20 years. I needed a ride back to work and when he heard me calling a friend, he called me an UBER! So far, Customer service is top notch! I will update when my repair is done, but, I do not expect a problem as my friend has been going to here for years.
Update. The service I received was excellent. The repair fixed my problem. They looked my car over and advised me of other work that needs to be done along with quotes. I was very happy with them and would return for sure!
