We had a great experience in car (Kia K4) buying with Oliver at Kia of West Nyack. He was there with us from start till the end where he helped us in test drives, getting the paper works, presenting a surprise video of purchase and until the keys were handed over when Car was delivered. He was so patient explaining the details and clarifying us for any questions that we had.The one thing we loved the most was that there was no Pressuring at all from Oliver. He gave us with various options and explanations but at the end customers decision was valued ,which we truly sensed. His behavior was also sweet and professional.Thanks again for all the help . Further no hidden fees as other dealers and everything was transparent which gain the Trust with this dealership.Also wanted to shout out the names Tomy and Thomas as well who also made the buying experience smooth and memorable. Updated: I had an overall excellent experience with this dealership — the staff was professional, the service itself was good, and I felt well taken care of in many ways. That said, I did have a frustrating issue with being overcharged that took six months to resolve. It was only after I escalated the matter that it was finally handled, and once it was addressed, the reimbursement came through within two weeks. While I wish the process of correcting the error had been smoother and more responsive, I do appreciate that it was ultimately resolved and that my experience outside of this situation was very positive.
