She was very nice and answered any questions I had which helped me schedule a quick appointment. At the dealership We were taken care of well by Alex who also helped through the entire process. The manager Fausto is very friendly and great to work with. They heard our requirements and helped us structure a deal that we were quite happy with. The entire process was smooth and I would happily recommend this dealership to others.

We came from Staten Island and the process of buying from this dealership was seamless. We are looking for the 2025 Hyundai Tucson convenience and Rockland Hyundai is one of the few dealerships that had the inventory at the end of the year. Manager was warm and welcoming. Roger made good recommendations with our car selection; this is our first Hyundai. Our sales rep Natalie was very patient with us and answered all our questions. I recommend this dealership for customers from all 5 boroughs of NYC as well as New Jersey.

Updated- *returned 3 days later and my husband traded in his car for Santa Fe* This Hyundai location is great. They worked with me on a lease for a 2025 Tuscon. The staff was friendly and professional. They really made it work for me. They weren’t pushy at all, they were patient and professional. Eric, Javier and the staff were great. Luis assisted us with my husband’s car. They worked with us. I would definitely recommend this Hyundai location. Thank you!
