Most positive car purchase I’ve made in the past 30 yrs. My sales person Michael was extremely helpful - answered all my questions and Marty the finance guy made my purchase extremely easy. I live in NJ about 1 hr away and use to get my old Subaru served here many years ago. So happy I made the trip back. Love my 2025 Outback!! Best dealership ever!!!!
We very much like that the dealership is only 10 minutes from our house. That’s a big plus. We are repeat customers and just like the previous times we bought cars from Bill Kolb Subaru, the process was smooth and seamless with absolutely no pressure to upgrade or purchase add-ons. This time we traded in our old Subaru and got a very fair trade-in value which helped in making our purchase decision. Mike (salesperson), Holman (manager) & Marty (finance) were all friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and made the whole process stress free.
And of course, a great price and great financing didn’t hurt either, lol!

My experience started with great expectations because of the higher rating of the Bill kolb. On Tuesday I was communicating with a sales person Te***. She was friendly and helpful. Initially she provided me a lot of information about the Subaru Forester. As I like the Subaru so I tried to called her on Wednesday but it was her day off so I requested her to connect me with the Sales Manager because I want to close the deal as it has a great price and certified by Subaru. She informed me that her manager is not available and she will get back to me with the final price at Thursday morning. I even connected with my bank to arrange a wire transfer to the dealership as the price was in my budget. But the sales person didn't reach out to me in the Thursday morning. So I called her multiple times and left massages but didn't get any response. So I have called the dealership and someone informed me the Subaru was sold on Wednesday night. I was upset not because the car was sold but because I was not communicated by the sales person. She should have called me in the morning and informed me the car was sold instead of keeping me waiting till the evening. Dear Sales Manager I am not sure if she had reached out to you on Wednesday or not. Don't wanna write anything more......
Great experience with this car dealership. Felt comfortable buying a car from them. Didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of. We got the best deal we could have gotten. They took great care of us. Would go back again. Holman took great care of us.
