It started off rocky after I went to the service department and the person at the desk was not the friendliest. I left a little defeated but then when I called to complain about my experience I then spoke with Craig who was very nice and helpful.( Amazing customer service from Craig). Craig told me to come in so we could discuss some things and we would work something out. After arriving I met sergio who was the NICEST person.Very respectful( Not making me feel belittled like the guy in the service department did). Sergio explained everything in detail and made sure I understood.
(I was ready to tell everyone not to go to them just off of my first experience because first impression is key) but boy did these guys change my mind quickly. Lastly mitch who does finance was amazing as well. They left me leaving totally different from when I had first arrived the few days prior. Thanks so much guys! I appreciate all of your help.

Rockland Nissan is simply the best, especially when it comes to the staff taking the time to hear you out. They really treat their Clients right. I have been to other locations within the confines of the Tri-state area, and let me tell you, they’re really affixed to making a sale, as opposed to trying to Cater to the Client.Too often the sales reps look right thru you and their arrogance gets in their way. The best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle online. I drove 4 hours just to pick it up, and it was well worth it. Greg, Bernie, and Mitch were all fantastic—they kept their word on everything, and the price was just right. After bringing the vehicle home, I noticed a few issues, but nothing they aren’t willing to fix. Truly a trustworthy dealership with genuine people. Highly recommend!
