I want to give a huge THANK YOU to two amazing employees at Cadillac...Getulio in Service and Drew in Loaner Vehicles.
My car was in and out of the shop for several months, which was a stressful situation, but Getulio made the entire experience so much easier. He was incredibly supportive, always kept me informed, and consistently went above and beyond to help resolve the ongoing issues with my vehicle. His professionalism and genuine care made a huge difference.
I also want to recognize Drew, who manages the loaner vehicles. As someone with a family of five, I really depend on having a vehicle that fits our needs. Drew always tried his hardest to make sure I had a loaner comparable in size to my Escalade, and his effort and consideration never went unnoticed.
Both Getulio and Drew provided exceptional service, and I truly appreciate everything they did over this time. Cadillac is lucky to have them!

Dropped off my brand new escalade for its 1st oil change. The service people were polite and professional. But when I picked up the vehicle there was black grease shoe marks all over the driver door and step up. This is a tan interior vehicle which is spotless (I could understand if it were black interior and the tech not noticing the marks) but there multiple marks all over. This is my first time with cadillac, I always owned Lexus prior. I could say Lexus would never let a vehicle be returned to an owner that way. I know its petty but you would think purchasing this type of vehicle, you would get a little better quality control.

I had a great experience working with Maurice Parke in sales. He was very honest throughout the process of selling me my vehicle and went above and beyond to help me with a service issue afterward. Maurice is knowledgeable, genuine, and truly cares about his customers. Highly recommend working with him!

Highly recommend this dealership and JR Vega in particular. We were shopping for an Escalade and called them to set up a test drive. JR waited for us (3 hour trip turned into 4 because of twin babies and whatnot) and was very accommodating once we got there. He didn't hesitate to let us load up the whole family for a quick drive around town. We fell in love with the vehicle and our test drive turned into talking numbers. They hooked me up with a no nonsense, no surprises price and a very competitive rate on financing. The wife and kids had a very enjoyable ride back home in the Escalade that we just went down to check out. I was stuck driving her Outback. We can't say enough good about these guys and appreciate the smooth, stress free sale. It was a pleasure doing business with them and the next time we're Cadillac shopping, they'll be the first place I check.
