I've had my Kia Soul (from Kia of Nyack) about 15-16 months. I've used the service here twice now, even though it's a 20-minute drive. Ron and MJ have been my service contacts. They have been great, The servicing has been great. Pricing is very fair. There is no pretentiousness here. I love this dealership and its service department. I'm hooked.
This dealership was able to schedule an oil change appointment same day when others would not. Car is still new so want to use the dealership for recommended service. Ron was above and beyond in explaining process and no pressure to do anything extra. Did offer additional work and was able to complete everything in the same amount of time. Felt respected and well taken care of.
I Appreciate the speed and courtesy of the team at Kia west Nyack. This team is superb professional and very friendly. 5 years going into this shop for services and can' say how awesome it's been and reliable. Every place and person has their own experience, mines to date Have all been really well reciprocated. Thank you Mike Williams for amazing CS service. Ron is great and Ruben holds a great team down.

I had an excellent experience at this dealership. Ronald was very attentive, clearly communicated the wait times, and made me feel truly valued as a customer. The service was quick and straightforward: it was my first oil change, and it was free including a car wash.
My previous experience at another dealership (different brand) was completely different. Over three years, I never received any complimentary service. Even with an appointment, I had to wait up to two hours just to be seen, and another two hours for the oil change. I used to think all dealerships were the same, but Ronald and the Kia team proved otherwise.
I appreciate the respectful treatment, efficiency, and consistency. Definitely a place I’ll return to.
