Communication prior to the visit was excellent. Confirming the appointment and providing updates. Upon arrival the atmosphere was very inviting and calming….Everything was above expectations. Dr Croft took her time in getting to know you and your situation.
Overall, a very pleasant experience.
Jessica is professional and warm at the same time. It’s just my first visit but I’m definitely looking forward to more.
Jessica is caring and very knowledgeable. She has helped me overcome a respiratory illness, as well manage chronic back and joint pain. I highly recommend Croft’s acupuncture and herbs to anyone who wants to live a healthier, more vibrant life.
My first experience w/Dr Croft…. Jessica was great!!! Her space is inviting (smells nice) and super comfortable. I’ve had acupuncture before so I knew what to expect but her direction was still super clear and the treatment plan was discussed in detail. She’s kind, approachable and most importantly thorough. Highly recommend… I’ll be back.
My 11year old daughter broke her arm almost 2 months ago and is still going through the healing process and she went in for acupuncture with Jessica to target her arm area. Jessica was super gentle and explained everything to her which made my daughter comfortable. The experience was amazing and peaceful. My daughter felt a relaxation and will definitely be making acupuncture part of her healing journey.
