I had a flat and called day of to see if they could fit me in. When i went there I was in and out so fast. Great place and very quick! Very friendly too.

I had a unexpected puncture in my driver front tire and pulled in..within 10 minutes they pulled car in while classic old movies were playing and found the puncture and repaired in 5 minutes, very friendly and attentive with multiple people asking if I was being helped with in a short wait, they helped me out a few years ago also with a blow out on a previous vehicle and same attentive care. Hard to find, keep it up boys!!!! Thanks again 😊
The reviews of this place are off the charts, but are General tires always the answer? Aren’t there better tires for similar dollars or at least a few options that can be offered aside from General?
I may be wrong on this, but I feel as General is the only tire that is offered (or pushed) here - why is that?
I also didn’t find the owner (Chris?) to be as nice and down to earth as others indicate.
Excellent customer service and very well priced - I compared to multiple other local shops and Hackettstown Discount Tire gave me the best deal on a set of 4 brand new Good Year Eagle Touring tires. Appointment was booked quickly. I spoke specifically with Chris (and he is very friendly and approachable and customer-focused) and he listened to any concerns I had and resolved any and all issues swiftly. It is the customer service oriented part that probably is the major reason for why this business has such high ratings and which is why I picked this business in the first place. I would definitely recommend for any of your tire needs.
