When I tell you I had the easiest, smoothest, least stressful car buying experience of my life I am not lying and it was all thanks to my sales consultant, Khalil El-Khoury. He is the most personable, knowledgeable and non-pushy car sales consultant I have ever worked with and this is my 4th time buying a car. I bought my CRV hybrid from Honda of Hackettstown back in August and it was a phenomenal experience. This was my first time buying a hybrid car and I had a lot of questions, but my salesperson Gianna was so helpful and informative. All of my paperwork was done very quickly and the entire sales and finance team was so kind. I even had to bring back my car in January because one of the sensors was acting up. Mike was so helpful in helping me understand what was wrong with my car and had everything fixed so efficiently.
