Alex and Brandon are wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, timely, produce quality work, check-in through the process with texts and calls, and price their work appropriately. Never is it trouble for them to educate and answer questions for those of us who are not familiar with how various aspects of a car function.
My husband found DTA not long ago and introduced them to me. He passed recently and I feel so grateful that I can rely on DTA to take good care of me, and my car, and look out for my best interests. Even another auto body shop noted that they like working with them and recommended them as producing quality work. I absolutely recommend them to you should you need assistance. You will be treated well by the pair!

Received great service here. We're from out of town, but needed break work and oil change. They did a great inspection, they use an app that allows them to send pictures and details of their findings. The app allows you you accept or decline what work you chose to have done. It's very easy and efficient. Super good communication. My relatives use this place. Prices are very fair. We received good work, good service, at a good price. Will use them again as our Garage away from home. I recommend them.

DTA Automotive delivered one of the best service experiences we’ve ever had. Everything was smooth, modern, and incredibly customer friendly. We booked our appointment online, dropped the car off, and talked through the issues. From there, the team kept us fully updated with photos, text messages, and clear descriptions of what they found.

They sent a detailed estimate by text and followed up with a call to explain the repairs in plain language so we knew exactly what we were approving. Once we gave the go-ahead, they continued to update us with pictures and video showing the progress, which gave us total confidence in the work being done.

When the car was ready, we couldn’t get to the shop before closing, and they thoughtfully placed our keys in a secure lock box and texted us the code so we could pick it up on our schedule. Days later they checked in to make sure everything was still going well with the car.

It’s rare to find a mechanic that combines technical expertise with exceptional communication and convenience. DTA Automotive has earned our trust and our future business. I cannot express how great this experience was.

One of the most exceptional car service setup processes I have ever encountered. Even Mercedes-Benz does not offer this level of call-in, online service, and loaner setup. The service setup process is the fastest and most efficient I have ever experienced, and the staff is exceptional. I spoke with Brandon, who was incredibly helpful in providing me with all the necessary information and assistance to complete the setup. Excellent job! Please continue your outstanding work.

I’ve been a loyal customer of another repair shop for many years and usually trusted them with all of my car’s maintenance and repairs. But recently, I had a problem with my car that they just couldn’t diagnose no matter what they tried. Because of that, I decided to take my car to this new shop, even though I knew they were more expensive. When I looked at their Google reviews, they were excellent, so I figured maybe the higher prices came with higher-quality work. To be fair, they did impress me at first — they quickly found and fixed the issue that the other shop had missed, which gave me confidence in their diagnostic skills.

However, on another visit, I had them replace a front wheel bearing on my Toyota Corolla. The total cost was nearly $900, which is quite high compared to most other places, but I paid it expecting careful and professional work. After driving the car for a short while and then parking it for a few hours, I went back out and immediately noticed a strange noise coming from the same wheel they had worked on. Since it was the weekend and they were closed, I decided to inspect it myself the next morning.

To my shock, I discovered that three out of the five lug nuts on that wheel were loose. That’s not just a small mistake — it’s a huge safety hazard. On top of that, I noticed that the metal brake shield behind the wheel had been bent during the repair. It was rubbing against the wheel, which is what had been causing the noise I heard. I had to bend it back myself just to make the car drivable again.

When I called the shop on Monday to tell them what happened, all they did was apologize and claim they had checked everything before giving the car back to me and the owner said I check the cameras and will get back to you, after that he said they tightened the nuts but dirt might have prevented the lug nuts from being fully tightened by their automatic tools and that they hadn’t rechecked them manually. They didn’t mention the bent shield at all.
And they never once acknowledged the bent brake shield, which I clearly showed had been damaged during their work.

So here’s my honest opinion: I’d give them five stars for being able to diagnose complicated issues quickly, because that’s something they truly do well. But for attention to detail and safety on basic repairs, they deserve only one star. Considering how expensive they are and how careless they were with something as critical as properly tightening lug nuts, I can’t trust them with my car anymore. Overall, I’d rate them 3 stars.
