This place is just fantastic. Sue- Ni has such a rich history of local knowledge and lure. She also has a deep knowledge of books and can point you in any direction you’re looking to go. This shop is a gem. Authentic and beautiful without pitching to social media or being “insta ready.”
The building is beautiful. It’s well organized. Can’t recommend highly enough.
Did I drive an hour to get there? Yes! I met the owner of the shop and she was lovely, she helped me find some books for me, with decent prices might I add! While the place is small, it makes up for its tight fit with a expanding, wide variety of selections. Definitely recommend going to there, but when you have time to search each nook and cranny because on my way out I say HG Wells, "The Invisible man" but I digress. My niece will love the Curious George, Paddington, and Winnie the Pooh books I got her!
Love this bookstore, we are so lucky to have this place locally. Its cozy and welcoming. If you love to slow down and explore for hidden gems this is exactly what you want. There is a great variety of titles and topics available.
Let me tell you, I love bookstores, bookshops, anything with books you name it. But this bookstore is a treasure. My dad and I visited today and he found a CD he’s been looking for for 5 years. The quality of books and authors this store has is insane. If you haven’t checked this place out, you are missing out! I will be back.
Outstanding independent book seller!! The building is simply gorgeous, so much charm. Everything is very well organized and there are so many good books to choose from. The selection of leather bound books is amazing, they're located just to the left as soon as you walk in the door. I went with 3 of my girlfriends on Saturday April 30, which was Independent Book Sellers day. We all walked away with an armload of books. The owner took some time to chat with us, she was super friendly and really knows her books. This is a MUST STOP for any book lover, no matter how far away you are... this is worth the drive. All the books I looked at were in really good condition. Stop by and support this local business!
