Mark is a life saver, not only kind and courteous but an actual genuine person. It's so hard to find that these days. No one really wants to help anyone and no one really wants to do their job anymore; but I called Mark in desperation because I needed a brand new wedding dress. The top was too small and my wedding was the next day. Everywhere I called they told me no, there's nothing they could do. He's the only one that said come in let me take a look at it and he fixed the dress for me. I knew it wasn't easy especially doing something less than 24 hours away; but he did it anyway and didn't make me feel bad about it. The dress fit like a glove; I got so many compliments. I'll always remember his hospitality and saving my dress. I'll recommend the services Forever.

I was in a bind - I was going to a Sunday afternoon wedding and just discovered the night before that my tux jacket had bubbled from being dry cleaned. Called Boss Tuxedo, and Mark said I could come at 10:15a on Sunday. 45 minutes later I walked out with my jacket fixed for a fraction of what it would have cost to buy a new one. Mark is an expert tailor - and, more importantly, an honest guy with a caring demeanor. Thank you, Mark!
Mark was superb and a real down to earth human. If I was able to put 10 stars he deserves beyond that. He made me and my wife's short time wedding make it look like it was planned over a year. Mark fitted a great tuxedo for me and made my wife Lupita's wedding dress that looks like she was a celebrity bride. Mark was absolutely great to work with in preparation of our destination wedding. He had a great eye for not only selecting my tuxedo and formal dinner outfits, but also maintaining a comfortable balance between a modern fitted look and flexible tailoring. The experience you'll find at Boss Tuxedo is customer centric, every action is done with customer's interest in mind even if it means steering away from potential sales, an approach I've found harder to find these days, but appreciate immensely.
