10/10 buying experience. Went in for a used M240I. Left with a new M2. Looked at many cars and visited many dealerships over the past year during my car search. From the receptionist to sales person to sales manager to finance to product specialist to parts department - every single encounter was second to none. I rarely ever leave reviews, but I absolutely had to take the time to write one for BMW of Roxbury because the experience was truly exceptional from start to finish.
I came in on Monday to look at a 2021 Mercedes Benz S560. From the moment we walked in, we were checked in and almost immediately greeted by sales consultant Camilla Csuka. Camilla was absolutely amazing. She sat down with us, walked us through the vehicle, and brought the car out right away for us to see and test drive. I fell in love with the car instantly. She took the time to explain the vehicle’s history, answered every question with patience and confidence, and made the entire experience feel relaxed and exciting. Even the little things stood out, including her desk decorations which were fun, welcoming, and showed her personality.
After the test drive, we sat back down to discuss numbers. I have had past dealership experiences where the process felt stressful and unclear, but BMW of Roxbury was completely different. Their pricing transparency is unreal. The price you see on Carfax is genuinely the price of the car. Add taxes and a small fee and that is it. No games, no surprises. Camilla presented the numbers and for the first time ever, I genuinely did not know where to negotiate because everything was already so fair. I gave her one number, she spoke to her manager, and there was zero back and forth. I left a deposit that same day and we scheduled pickup.
During the days leading up to delivery, Camilla stayed in constant contact. She texted me updates, sent paperwork ahead of time, and made sure everything was prepared so the pickup process would be quick and smooth. Her communication and dedication were incredible. You truly have to work with her to understand how outstanding she is.
We picked up the car on Christmas Eve, which alone says a lot about their commitment. The car was outside, spotless, washed, and ready to go. While waiting for finance, Camilla sat with me and helped me set up the Mercedes Me app, something you rarely ever see a salesperson do. She genuinely cares and has a heart of gold.
We then sat down with the finance manager, Andrzej Nacklicki, who was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment we met him, his professionalism, personality, and presence stood out. His office was immaculate, he was dressed impeccably, and he made the process incredibly smooth. The paperwork moved quickly, efficiently, and with full transparency. He took the time to talk with us, explain everything clearly, and made us feel completely comfortable.
The interest rate he secured for us was outstanding. It was so good that we did not even attempt to negotiate. When it came to warranty options, there was zero pressure. Andrzej explained everything honestly, acknowledged costs realistically, and worked hard to find the best and most affordable option for us. He was informative, humble, and genuine, not the stereotypical finance manager you often encounter. Easily the best finance experience we have ever had at any dealership.
Once everything was finalized, Camilla walked us out, sat in the car with me, and spent additional time showing me features and making sure I was fully set up before driving away.

I just purchased my new X5 from BMW of Roxbury and I could not be any happier with my buying experience! Our salesman, Wayne, was a true professional! We were warmly greeted and he had an X5 ready for test drive when we arrived. He showed us all the features and truly demonstrated his knowledge of the product! The Sales Manager, Nick, worked hard to get the right deal for us as well as the exact car that matched our needs. The Finance Manager, Andre, had all the paperwork ready when I arrived and provided a seamless experience for the finalizing of the sale. The product Genius, Arman, took great care in helping me set up my car and made sure all my questions were answered before I left.
All in all it was an excellent car buying experience, I would expect nothing less from BMW of Roxbury who have delivered time and time again with my vehicle purchases! I certainly will be back and will be recommending all my friends and family who may be in the market to BMW of Roxbury!
