I recently brought my Kia Sorento to Motion KIA for its 60,000-mile maintenance, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. The team handled the full 60K routine with professionalism and attention to detail. In addition to the scheduled maintenance, they replaced all brake rotors and pads, performed a full alignment, and honored my tires-for-life package with a fresh set of tires.
Everything was completed efficiently and with clear communication throughout. My Sorento now drives like new—smooth, responsive, and safe. I have been bringing my 2020 Kia Niro Hybrid to Motion Kia Service Department for regular maintenance ever since I purchased it from that dealership, even though it is forty minutes away and there are closer Kia dealers to my home. The reason for this is simple. Their sales department gave me a much better selection of the Niro to select from than any other dealership when I was car shopping. Also, the service department personnel are friendly and knowledgeable along with the oil change and other maintenance being reasonably priced. They also have a very comfortable waiting area lounge to relax in until your vehicle is done being serviced.
I would definitely recommend Motion Kia to anyone looking to purchase a Kia and/or need to have your Kia, or any other vehicle for that matter, service by a dealership you can trust.
