Chris has been so nice and patience with us from the moment we stepped into the showroom. I did not feel the pressure to have to purchase anything! He helped me went through the paperwork and showed me all the features that Forester has to offer. He has been there every step of the way and made sure I am well taken care of. Also appreciated he checked on me a few days after getting the new car. I happened to have a question and he was able to find out the answer for me right away!

Went to purchase a new 2025 Crosstrek, unfortunately the vehicle I wanted was already sold, luckily the saleswoman Erin found another vehicle that fit my needs so I bought a 2026 Forester for basically the same price I was hoping to pay for the Crosstrek. Finalized everything and was on my way in two hours. Can’t say enough good things about Erin, very knowledgeable, professional, thorough and most importantly not pushy! Very happy with the whole process!

I have not been in dealer for a while due to costs as I found a local reliable mechanic more within my budget. However, I have to say that customer service is always great, appointments can be done easily online, personnel is very courteous and kind, you can see this dealer really goes beyond to make customers comfortable while they wait for their service; they offer comfortable chairs and tables, fresh beagles, coffee, water in a small fridge, free wifi, magazines, clean facility. William answered all my questions, was upfront about costs, so I could take an informed decision, gave me status of my service while I was waiting. Dealer always gives you a complimentary quick wash on your car, is not a detailed wash, but is always welcomed and appreciated. I have to say that every visit for service has been pleasant in the aspect of customer service.

We had a fabulous experience at Subaru of Hackettsown. The entire team was fantastic. Our sales person Erin was so knowledgeable and guided us to find the perfect car for our needs. She didn’t hesitate to go outside in the rain and bring different cars to show us. She introduced us to the service department manager and made sure knew all we needed to schedule maintenance. The finance manager was great and got us through the deal seamlessly. Overall it was a great experience. Plus… Gizmo the dog is there to sweeten the experience!!!
