Maria was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and readily available to assist with all my needs. She truly took the time to answer every question and never made me feel rushed. I especially appreciated how she helped troubleshoot and walk me through the mobile app, even after I had already left. Finding the right vehicle was straightforward and stress-free. Having almost all of the paperwork completed before I arrived saved a tremendous amount of time. She even called my insurance company, gave all the information and had the cards before I even arrived. The entire process felt efficient, transparent, and customer-focused. This experience stood out significantly compared to other Hyundai dealerships I’ve worked with in the past. I recently purchased/leased a new Kona SEL Sport AWD at Towne Hyundai in Hackettstown and had a very nice experience with Maria Ashkinadze. I had scheduled an appointment a few days prior, making sure that the Kona I was interested in would be available. From the moment I walked in I was greeted friendly and felt very welcomed. Maria is a very lovely person, extremely knowledgable and offered her help if I need assistance with this modern technology which I am not used to. I so very much appreciate that.
