We had a somewhat difficult appointment, and Jen went above and beyond her role. She didn’t just help us as a medical professional — she stepped in as a mom, showing compassion, patience, and understanding toward both me and my daughter. Her kindness made an overwhelming situation so much easier, and I’m truly grateful for the care and support she gave us.

Jen is an amazing person, created a very comfortable environment. Absolutely gave her 100% to patients. Tina also was an amazing and understanding person and very helpful

After years having positive experiences with Michelle, I switched to Lillian due to appointment scheduling conflicts. After waiting 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time (and I arrived 10 minutes early), Lillian rushed the questions I had, scolded me for asking too many questions, dismissed diagnoses I’ve had for years from multiple other doctors, and made me uncomfortable for my first full body scan (you’re pretty much naked, mind you). The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because she was able to prescribe a possible solution to a skin issue. All the other reviews about Lillian are correct; she has poor bedside manner, will cut your time short if you have more questions, will arrive late unapologetically, and dismiss your concerns without a thought. I left feeling discouraged and stupid. Although I am extremely disappointed in my experience with Lillian, my experiences with the rest of the Affiliated Dermatology staff have been great. Both clinical and office staff is and has been courteous and helpful. I urge Affiliated Dermatology to rethink the kind of experience they want to provide and if Lillian is able to uphold those standards (clearly… not).

Meghan, the Nurse Practitioner at Affiliated Derm in Mt Arlington, was a dream. She was extremely professional and comforting at the same time. She was able to address all my concerns and answer all of my questions with honestly and great knowledge. I’ve always struggled to find the right dermatologist and practice but those days are behind me! From the front staff to the care of Meghan, I could not recommended this office and practice enough.
