Dr. Brian Schwartz is very approachable and generous in sharing information about disease process and problem solving. Seems genuinely interested in the patient and their story.

The doctors are great, but the office is highly disorganized. They don't return messages from pharmacies or patients. My Pharmacy contacted them 13 days ago, and they never got back to them until I had to call the office. They double book and make you wait over an hour to see the doctor. They open at 9am but they keep letting the answering service pick up and won't answer their phones. I am getting to the point where I am going to have to choose another cardiologist because I cannot deal with this office anymore.

The medical team is very competent and you will get good advice. Be prepared to wait, the doctors give each patient an adequate amount of time to understand their own situation.

There are few things worth waiting for in life. While I didn’t experience a long wait time (10 minutes - just enough time to complete my paper work) the level of care and service I received at Morris Heart Associates would have been well worth the wait. The office demonstrates a level of investment in their patients and their health outcomes you just don’t often enough in modern healthcare practices. The front desk staff was warm, friendly and very quick to process me at check in. Fawn, the nurse who took my vitals, was attentive, detailed and went out of her way to make me feel at ease. Dr. Singh was compassionate and thorough, leaving no stone unturned in his assessment. I walked away feeling relief and confident in my diagnosis, next steps and most importantly, my new cardiologist.

Big thanks to the team at MHA!

I called the office to see if they're accepting new patients & was told yes. Took all my information over the phone, including the fact that I need early morning appointments. Their computers were down so she couldn't make the appointment. But she kept her promise & called me back on the same day, appointment already made for about a week away. I saw Dr. Ferrier. Yes, the other reviews are correct that there's a lengthy waiting time however, Dr. Ferrier took his time getting to know my situation & as he was writing his notes, he read them aloud so I knew exactly what he was entering. He has the gift of talking about hard topics, combining honesty with respect. I never felt judged or looked down upon for not addressing some issues prior to seeing him. Further testing appointments were set up for me within a reasonable time frame, as well as my f/u with Dr. Ferrier. Put aside the long waits. This is a practice run like a well-oiled machine. Having a competent doctor outweighs my need for a speedy appointment.
