I’ve been suffering with back pain for almost 3 years. After meeting Dr Rastogi and discussing my options. We decided on SI joint fusion. I can’t not thank him enough. I can finally walk pain free. The surgery has a small incision and at no point was my pain worse than what I was already dealing with. Dr Rastogi made me want to walk again and not worry how far it will be. My 85 year old mother cried happy tears when I showed her how I can move my leg again. If you need this do not wait to get it done. The best decision for my back and groin pain. I'm Drew McCarsky, been have steady increase of pain and loss of mobility,activity, and my emotional stability. I came to NJ to care for my Significant other from GA. I love to fish, and we have Island Beack Park for great fishing. I fished 2 times this year as my spine acted like the bum of an incle living on my couch- It was sucking my life and soul to screaming. Went to see Dr. Rastogi we tried everything conservative. SO after many years of trying not to get Surgery, It was the final option. I was so depressed, right before Christmas?!?! The months of recovery and the PAIN. 2 weeks ago, I walked in 8-9. on pain scale. today, a tiny "pinch" if a get crazy cleaning the yard. 3 days after surgery, I was walking with a pain level of 2! I was cleaning to house, tokk out trash cans, NO PAIN! We cut my meds down to 2 pills a day, PRN. Half of what I was taking !!!Minuteman/ MILD PROCEDURE AND Dr Rastogi and his team Changed my life, I am not growling and grumbling when I try to stand up, I'm not watching to clock hoping it's pill time. After incurring a spinal injury at work I was a patient at a pain management practice, but was not getting any relief. After having several attempts of stimulators I was apprehensive about having anything else done.
At the suggestion of my injury lawyer, I made an appointment with North American Spine and Pain(NASPAC) and saw doctors Rustogi and Slevin. After much thought I had a nerve stimulator (made by Abbott) implanted about 6 years ago and a newer one a month ago (now an in office procedure).
I am not totally pain free but I have a better quality of life. I can’t say enough about the great care and compassion I receive and am very grateful for the kind and wonderful staff working at both Hainesport and Cherry Hill offices. I travel over 2 hours to my appointments, and they have been very accommodating. Thank you so much for giving me a better life.

I had the Minuteman procedure with Dr. Rastogi in June 2025, and after a short recuperation my back pain is almost completely gone. After a week or so it has given me great relief to where I can do a lot of things I had stopped doing because of pain. I am now able to stand straighter, and walk further. You are asleep during the procedure and it is not painful and you wake up wondering what all the worry was about. The staff were caring and attentive, and it is an easy procedure so don't let it scare it scare you from doing it.

My experience from day one has been phenomenal. Patient care is important but customer service is equally if not more important. Having gone to another medical professional offering the identical medical options, procedure, follow up while accepting our health coverage I would highly recommend North American Medical Associates. Having the surgeon, Dr. Rastogi come out to me in the waiting area to shake my hand and squarely look me in the eye and say “your husband is resting comfortably everything went well" was priceless.
