My husband and I went for our visit today for the first time. Dr Laura Ross is amazing. Wish we were referred to her a lot sooner. GiGi was also nice. Thank you Ladies.🥰See you our next visit. Come see her you will not be disappointed.
Yesterday was my first appointment with Dr. Ross and I was very impressed. The staff was helpful, friendly & cheerful. Dr. Ross was a pleasure. While discussing my issue, she made it seem as though we were just two people having a chat, so it was very relaxing. She would be an excellent choice for any orthopedic needs.
I have been a long standing patient with Dr Ross since 1997 (my very first surgery). Dr Ross is an exceptional Orthopedic Surgeon who is able to understand and share in the feelings of her patients. She has always treated me with kindness, respect, and understanding. She has excellent communication skills, a level of professionalism unmatched. Dr Ross listens actively, explains things clearly, and involves me in treatment decisions where needed. Dr Ross presents with having strong problem-solving skills and is able to deal with uncertainty and also works collaboratively with my other doctors when needed. Dr Ross pays close attention to detail when I give her an earful about my symptoms and complaints! I put my trust in Dr Ross so much, even my children are patients of Dr Ross. The ladies in the office are Phenomenal!! Always polite, helpful and courteous. When you become a patient there, you become part of a family. I recommend Dr Ross (Ross Center For Orthopedic) to everyone and anyone looking for the best Orthopedic Surgeon.
