I would highly recommend Wig Elegance to everyone! From my first appointment to my last, it was seamless! Flexible hours, one on one appointments for privacy, great selection AND reasonable pricing! We were thrilled when the incredible owners, Rob and Jamie introduced us to Marissa who turned a very challenging situation into an easy and informative process. I couldn’t be happier, I’ve gotten so many compliments on my Halo and wig and am very fortunate to have found Wig Elegance after my diagnosis. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!!!
I have been coming here for the past few years + I can not believe I have yet to leave a review. This place is so special to me. It has helped me overcome a ton of social anxiety. Everyone is so sweet + help me feel comfortable. I especially love Marissa! She is so caring + personable. Thank you from the bottom of my heart + can't wait for my appointment tomorrow!
Marissa is absolutely AMAZING! She is patient and takes her time. I tend to ask a million questions and make her show me things 100 times and she never gets annoyed or put out. Wig Elegance isn't close to where I live but, I continue to go there because of how comfortable and sweet Marissa is.
I am an older male who is just beginning on the path to becoming transgendered. I called the Owner of Wig Elegance and asked if he was interested in serving the transgendered community. He was friendly and courteous and encouraged me to come in. I did.
When I came in Merissa made me feel comfortable and welcome. She immediately offered to try on wigs either in the main show room or a private dressing room which I opted for. She helped me choose a wig and gave great advice and help. I must of tried on at least eight or nine wigs before finding the right one in my price range.
I can't over state how friendly and warm Merissa was and how welcome I felt. Doing this was a big confront for me as I do not pass in the least and was scared doing something so bold. I would highly recommend Wig Elegance to any of the transgendered community out there.
