Last night the electricity went out on half the downstairs of our home. None of the breakers were tripped so we called Jim to schedule the earliest appointment he could make. Jim initially scheduled us for early morning but he called back and told us he'd be there in a half hour. He arrived promptly at 7:30 pm and quickly determined the source of our problem which was a burnt out electrical outlet. You could not ask for more. He was prompt, courteous and reasonably priced. He will forever be our electrician of choice.
We had an issue with the plug for our new dryer. Jim came out to us in a matter of hours and had it all fixed at a very fair price. Responsive; efficient and professional! Highly recommend.
Blew a fuse. Breaker in box was not staying back on. Over the phone Jim walked me through what to do. He waited for me to try it. All fixed in two minutes. On Sunday morning too. Jim is Awesome. Highly recommend.
Jim came on a Sunday to fix an emergent electrical issues on our house . Jim came on time, sent texts when he was 15 mins out and had plenty of good jokes . Jim did the repair quickly and for a fair price . Hands down will be my “go to guy” . 5 stars alone doesn’t do him justice. He even contacted me the next morning to follow up and make sure I call JCP&L to let them know the work has been done . A+
Highly recommend Jim for prompt and professional electric repairs. We had a small job needing a fixture in a closet replaced. Some electricians couldn’t be bothered but Jim came and replaced it for an extremely reasonable price. I’ll be calling him back for any additional services that we might need.
