Installing a Generac generator was a seamless process when we decided to use Mt Salem Electric. From the initial contact with Mike and then ongoing communication with Daniella it all went well! Daniella took care of permits, installation dates and working with the gas company. The install went on schedule without any problems. We highly recommend Mt Salem Electric. All staff were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Now when the power goes out, the Generac goes on. What a wonderful thing!!

I interfaced with this company for several weeks, as I was assisting my parents in getting estimates and gathering information to install a full home generator. We interfaced with 4 companies and Mike & Danielle were by far my favorite individuals to work with. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, informative, patient, professional and communicative on a consistent basis. It’s rare that I’m impressed with customer service and these guys nailed it. Additionally, they were reasonably and competitively priced. I highly recommend them for your generator needs.

I have worked with many contractors over a 40+ year time period on several homes in addition to owning a Design/Build company doing projects for major corporations for as long. Can honestly, without hesitation, say Mt. Salem Electric has been the best "pain free" business I have ever worked with no matter what the project or service provided was.

The experience, expertise, honesty and guidance from the office staff as well as the installation crew were exceptional. All very unusual in today's world. Mt. Salem Electric was really great to work with. Most impressive was Michael's ability to actually take the time to listen to what I wanted, and work with me to make it happen. He was patient, attentive, and happy to discuss the options / best way to accomplish the project, based on my needs and his recommendations.

His crew were very friendly and did a very nice job, clean work all around. Mt. Salem's office staff has been nothing short of a
pleasure to work with, as well.

Their quote was competitive, to boot.
