Carl was extremely knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns regarding the issue. I would highly recommend him to identify and provide a remediation plan for any mold moisture problems you may have in your home. He answered all my questions and concerns that I have.

We have been working with AllStates Restoration for the past several months after we had flooding and mold damage to our basement. Our initial meeting was with Carl, who was professional, knowledgeable and courteous from start to finish. He walked us through the necessary steps we needed to take and also referred us to a public adjuster he recommended that we ended up using who was very helpful. Every staff member we encountered at AllStates was helpful, professional and courteous. They got back to us right away and were at the house working on our basement when they said they would be. They were there with us every step of the way through start to finish. I really hope that we never run into any issues like this in the future, but if we do, I know who we will be calling without question. They are, without a doubt a company you can rely on and know you’ll be in good hands if you choose them. They are also fairly priced compared to local competitors.
