My carpets hadn’t been cleaned in several years. Bob and Carson came in and within a short period of time had them looking like they were new. Even in the high traffic areas a positive outcome was noticeable. Would use them again without hesitation.

If you want your furniture and carpets taken care of don’t trust anyone but American furniture&rug. The only company that actually knows what to do, the staff is the most pleasant and caring professionals in the industry. Our treasured family heirloom area rugs were carefully removed and unbelievably cleaned above our wildest imagination at their facility, and returned and installed by the owner . I didn’t see the rugs new 60 years ago but they have been maintaining them for last 30 years and we are constantly being complimented on them ! Only use the best ! Can't say enough good things about this company. I called on behalf of my 98 year old father. Right from the start, I was very impressed beginning with my initial call their office. All my questions were answered and they accommodated my scheduling request. I found out that they also clean tile. The guys that came to the house were right on time, extremely courteous and professional. The price was the price originally quoted with no "last minute" add-ons. Much much better than any big box rental. I highly recommend them.
