Ladies at the corner very pleasant. Price for hemming a dress ridiculous and the stitching wasn't great and then the lady said it was a hard stitching, what? Will never go there again.

honestly the best cleaners in Brick. I continuously go because the customer service is outstanding- shout out to Jenna! She is always positive, upbeat, and kind. 5 stars!

I brought a suit and my dress in for dry cleaning for my son's wedding on a Thursday, and I needed them both back for by Wednesday to leave in tine for the wedding. My dress needed extra stitching on elastic shoulder straps.

Whatever the mistake is that happened, I picked up the dress that Tuesday and the stitching wasn't done, and the seamstress was gone for the week. The lady (Amanda) at the desk was super helpful as I was in a panic bc of my son wedding and the frayed stitches were visible. She called the owner and looked for a tailor that could fix this overnight. They couldnt find anyone. I left in tears thinking I was going to look disheveled for my son's wedding.
About 30 mins later, someone called me back. They found a tailor to fix the stitching overnight.
They came to my house (after biz hours), and picked up the dress, and the tailor fixed the stitching, and they even pressed the dress for me free of charge. I was able to pick up my perfect dress with time to spare before leaving for the wedding.
I was originally tempted to leave a negative review bc of the errors that happened with me paying for services that I didn't get, with no fix in sight.
Instead I am leaving this review to rave about the absolute commitment to ensure Lapels customers are happy with them.
All these people went above and beyond anything I would have ever thought a company would do for me.
I am 100% a customer for life! Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

This was my first time using this Dry cleaner and not sure if I will be back. They came highly recommended.
My husband went to pick up our dry cleaning two days after the promised date and was told it is not ready. Not impressed. Not to mention a little overpriced.
But just my experience and my opinion.
