My eye doctor is on vacation and Dr.
Ashkanazy is covering for her. I called the office yesterday for what I thought was an emergency. Dr. Ashkanazy gave me a thorough exam, handed me a coupon for an over-the-counter medication and suggested I try that for a few days before filling a prescription for an expensive medication. I used the over-the-counter drops one time and viola!! My so called emergency is almost completely gone. I have rarely been as impressed with a doctor as I am with Dr. Ashkanazy!
I have been Doctor Ashkanazy's patient for at least 15 years, and I've recently had 2 spectacularly successful cataract surgeries. I am extremely grateful and appreciative of the care, attention to detail, bedside manner and explaining things to me and answering all my questions, in addition to the results that I am now experiencing which are amazing. I am also appreciative of the office staff who were always helpful and accommodating, especially working out some challenges that occurred with the paperwork for the surgery center. Stuff happens, and everything was resolved in time for the surgery to take place, thanks to the office support staff. Thank you all again with my sincerest gratitude and appreciation for all of you involved in my care.
