Love it. Theres a lovely family that has run the place since it's inception 30+ years ago. Nick does all the work. No question about it. Parking is a mess (thanks to people who can't park...) food is pretty healthy, endless portions. Great place for Urdu / Hindi speaking Shia Muslims. The Thursday Duah e Kumail is fantastic. Give AZ a try for that "Back home feel", you'll get addicted.

If you really want to experience the presence of God, you must visit this place. It has a spiritual vibe to it. My heart feels such calm n peace whenever I go there.

This place is amazing, don't listen to them haters, parking is bad when there is a huge day like Ashura, because of the fact that everyone is smart enough to come to AZ, you should also attend the Ahle Baith School, every Saturday excluding Muharram. It's great, and everyone should give it a try!

    Assalam o Alaikum All,
Astaana is a great place of Spirituality and Socialization. It arranges most of the events such as Ayam-e-Aza, Shahadat and Eisaal-e-Sawab Majalis as well as Eid Miladun Nabi SAWW and birth anniversaries of AhlulBayt AS. Shab-e-Juma and Juma Prayers.
We even have several close by Centers but Astaana is the most rewarding place. It is like our second home. Its community is like a strong binding family.
We may have disagreements with the management, which is not bad, however, what I like the most about it is letting the Maiyyat of Momin or Momina rest for the overnight before burial the next morning. It is so much comfort for the bereaved family and of course for the departed soul.
Ghusal Khana for Maiyyat is our immediate need at this place.
We're missing our departed members in recent years, some of them are H.I. Maulana Tilmiz Hasnain Rizvi, Nasir Na'ra, Hassu Bhai and many many more. May all the departed souls rest in peace and elevated to the closeness of 14-Masoomeen AS, Elahi Aameeen 🤲
May Mola Protect us and keep our strong relationship among us more stronger than previous day, Elahi Aameeen 🤲

Parking is a mess. Programs run late, always. Plenty of turbah to go around though. Basically, a desi would fit right in.
