I’m about to start a master bathroom remodeling with EKB and I already know it will be a success because I’m a repeat customer. EKB renovated our kitchen five years ago and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We had a plan when we walked in, Matt and Leah added a whole lot of expertise and good advice about the design and materials so we felt like the project was a great collaboration not just us ordering a job.
Matt was personally involved in each step. He stopped by or called at the end of the workday to make sure everything was going smoothly. Of course, with Brian as the installer he never actually needed to do that. The quality of his work was impressive beyond words! Every detail had to be just right no matter how long it took to make it so.
I have to point out that the timeline of the project was between Thanksgiving and Christmas – can’t get more stressful than that. Matt kept everything on schedule and the work was completed as promised.
