I have always been a audiophile most of my life. However due to health issues I can no longer bend over or do things that once was easy. I contacted Mike to set up an av receiver I had over a year hoping one day I could do it. Mikes crew came in mounted my tv on the wall rearranged my cabinet so now I actually have access to my turntable. The crew worked great together no wasted movements or time. The remote Mike supplied works great. Now I only need the one instead of 3. Even the wife can work it! Highly recomend Audio video Concepts.

Nothing but great experiences with Mike and his team. Mike and Stu came out to set up an audio system in our house and it was a fantastic investment, particularly because the service was so good. I had them come out and set up our office several months later as well, computer monitors, wiring, the whole 9. I look forward to working with them in the future.

I called Mike last night at 8 pm in a panic, looking for help, after our firestick went back to factory settings, losing all of our apps. Never had any dealings with this business before, but WOW......what a nice guy !!!
Not only did he answer a call once, but twice between 8 and 830, giving the advice needed to fix the problem. Also willing to come out next day if we couldn't resolve the issue.
He could've just made the house call and made a profit, but instead he helped then and there. A Good Samaritan we'll definitely call next time we setup a new system !!!!

Had mike and the team install a new 75 inch tv&mount 2 others&an outdoor sound system with 4 speakers&a subwoofer along with a sonos system. Install went good but the wires throughout the beds where speakers were installed were never buried. My wife&I contacted him several times and were told he would be out to do that. He has not called back or come to finish his job. Paid in full before completion. Lives in the same town. Lesson learned. Worst of all our 13 month daughter walks around&the exposed wires are a tripping hazard. Always hold money. Guess I'll be spending my holiday weekend finishing his job. Thanks Mike..... Well after this review mike&the boys came by&finished the job. Everything looks as it should&system sounds amazing. Have 6 more outdoor speakers to be installed&if he will do it i will gladly have him do it. Thank you

I had Mike upgrade my TV and sound system in July he designed the whole system and it came better than I had hoped. He was professional and courteous at all times and his price was very reasonable.
I highly recommend.
