The first shipment of my Maingear tower was problematic. The LEDs didn't work, and the power supply failed within two weeks.

Guess what? Every company effs up from time to time. What they do afterwards is what is important.

These people have an actual, local customer service department that allows you to work with a single person to follow the issue resolution process. You can actually have a "guy" to help you, which is sadly rare these days.

Fast forward a couple of weeks later, and I received a fixed unit that has performed flawlessly for two years and counting.

I will look to these people when it's time to upgrade or replace.

For the past 30 years, I’ve always built my own PCs, but for the first time in my life, I decided to buy a pre-built system. I wanted the Cadillac of builds—powerful, stylish, and tailored exactly to my needs. MAINGEAR exceeded my expectations, and they’ve gained a super fan for life.

Recently ordered a custom Rush desktop, and was impressed with assembly and shipping times. I placed an order on November 12th and the PC was in my possession by mid day December 1st. Everything arrived in perfect condition. The build quality, cable management, and overall look of this thing is far better than I could have achieved on my own, even having built multiple systems. Performance and thermals are unlike anything else I've seen in person. Pricing was very reasonable, especially for a 3 year warrantee. Thank you Maingear and your team, for building me my dream PC!

1st time I trusted somebody else but myself to build a PC for me and especially when you’re spending 7000$ on it and I have to see they totally met my expectations and then some. Had a little issue with my pump and they took care of it right away after I brought it back to them and I was also thanked by gifting an amazing gaming chair even though I ordered PC before that promotion started. Highly recommend them especially if you live in NJ!
