Drew was 10/10. Catered to my requests for a fresh build and OS install done for me. He got it done by the next day, incredible performance and my PC is ranking in the top 5-10% in comparison to similar systems.
Drew is a legend. I built my PC two months ago and it crapped out on me. Took it to Drew and he found the issue within a couple of hours (bad PSU). Recommended a new one for me, took care of installation, cable management, and tune up. My PC was not only fixed but also runs 10x better than when I built it. He does good work, quick turnaround time, and communicates well. Compared to what Microcenter would charge just for diagnosis and repair, you are getting a good deal.

I had a great experience with Drew. Called him on Saturday morning to fix an issue with a family members PC no longer booting up, he quickly identified the problem and repaired the issues within just a few hours.
