Smithtown Recreation offers amazing summer programs and outdoor concerts! I signed up for windsurfing. Don Gavin and his team of instructors are patient, welcoming and experienced! I never thought I could stand on water in my first week, but I did actually the 2nd day!!!! This is the best kept secret in long island, people. I'm so blessed to be a resident here... picture taken at Long Beach, St. James, right before the concert.
Lovely place
Pool is still cool but refreshing. This pool should open late than 6pm. Working people cannot take advantage of the pool. It should close at dusk like the park. It is part of th recreation department. Is it?
Went there for a pig roast. The food wasn't bad, they had a DJ but they probably should have advertised it better because the turnout was very light.
