My car broke down while I was traveling to New York from Philadelphia. I went to a gas station who recommended Auto Authority. As soon as I told Roberto, what happened on the highway, he stopped what he was doing to help me. He did a diagnostic on my car and gave me an oil change. He was so friendly and thorough, and I am forever grateful to him for his services. He didn’t have to help me, especially since the shop had just closed, and helped me out of the kindness of his heart. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. If you are ever in the area, and need assistance,I would highly recommend!

Can't recommended Auto Authority enough. Great great service. Awesome staff and Lori at the front desk is the best. Brought my handicap van in for brakes and had it back the same day.

I went to this location on the recommendation of a friend. I was greeted by Lori at the front desk who was very personable and knowledgeable. I explained that I would like my brakes checked and that I believed I may need new brake pads. They quickly took my truck for a drive and then checked out each wheel. Within an hour I received a call from Lori advising me that my brakes were fine and that new pads were not necessary and that I should come back and get my truck.

The honesty displayed here was so appreciated. I was prepared to spend quite a bit of money but that wasn’t the case at all. They will get my future business, and I recommend them highly.
