AUTO BODY BY DUIE

I can't recommend this collision center enough! After my car was damaged, they made everything super easy from beginning to end. Dui kept me informed throughout the whole process, with a app which really helped reduce my stress. The team was professional, they finished the repairs faster than I expected, and the quality of their work is amazing—my car looks brand new! It was a fantastic experience, and I suggest them to anyone who needs collision repairs.

Front corner damage to my F150 was repaired and completed in 5 days as they said it would be when I dropped off my truck. Front corner panel, hood and bumper were painted to match the original colors. This is exceptional since my truck and original paint is thirteen years old.

The body shop did super work on my Volvo. The work was very solid & they kept my car clean during the process.

It was the timeline that caused some challenges for us. The initial timeline of two weeks was converted to four & I understand that one part was coming in from Canada and it took time, but I suggest that they give more precise updates.

This will not deter me from giving them a great review.

Anthony Sr. & Anthony Jr. did a good work. They were courteous & professional & that is what it is all about.

If it was another business who did not meet the timeline & were unprofessional about it, then my review would have been the opposite.

Anthony, Jenny and the entire crew at Auto Body by Duie are fantastic people. My family and I have used them for all our repair work for the last fifteen years. Their prices for non-insurance work are extremely fair, especially considering the quality of end result. They are clear communicators, will give you a realistic timeline and often, in my experience, are finished before that.

My most recent experience with Duie was nothing short of excellent. I had both insurance and non-insurance repairs done at the same time. Anthony dropped me off personally to Enterprise so I could get my rental and get to work quickly, which was super appreciated especially on a Monday morning. I was originally quoted a week, dropped the car off Monday morning and got a call Thursday at 11 AM that the car was ready to be picked up. Because I got insurance work done at the same time and Auto Body by Duie is a Progressive Partner, I was able to literally drive to the shop and just leave my rental and keys with the crew and drive off in my newly repaired car.

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Auto Body by Duie to family, friends or anyone in need of their services. Also I regrettably didn’t snap a photo but there was also a puppy I got to play with while dropping my car off to them, which if that isn’t full service, I’m not sure what is.

I'll be completely honest, I really love my car. I currently drive a BMW M4, but upon returning to the most remote parking space in the lot, I noticed someone had keyed my car. I made a few calls and stopped by a few shops like Calliber Collision... etc. All of them told me I needed to wait 3 weeks for an appointment to even get a quote. Duie's invited me into their shop immediately, and the owner came to walk the damages with me. I expressed my concerns and he assured me that they do a very professional job. They will use the exact paint from BMW, and color match it to my car. Plus any parts that have to be removed, will be disassembled and put back on after paint treatment. I ended up asking them to do the keyed spot, my ENTIRE front bumper (which was definitely the biggest most difficult job because of the BMW Grills, vents and plastic that has to come out before painting) - Also would like to mention I have under glow on my car, and they were able to ziptie it all back and get it secure for me to drive an hour north immediately after picking up (that definitely took some extra time!). They also did a super clean job removing the rock guards next to my rear fenders. The front bumper had damages from the previous owner, and also a ton of rock chips from flying down the turnpike an hour each way to work. I also left them my center rim caps, and all BMW emblems so they could paint it the same black as my car since the paint gun would be loaded. I really could not be happier with the level of service, and how personable their entire team and family are. They establish trust in a great way and I am very thankful to have found them. My car looks amazing, and I've already gotten compliments! Thank you to the entire team, and I will surely be referring all my car friends and family who need work done.
