I had another absolutely fantastic experience at Gagan's Auto Werks, and I cannot speak highly enough of this business. I have found them to be incredibly reliable, trustworthy, and honest in all my dealings with them. In a recent emergency situation, the owner went above and beyond to accommodate me in his schedule, which I truly appreciate. He efficiently identified my car's problems and had me back on the road in no time, which was a huge relief. I can't recommend Gagan enough; he is genuinely a nice person to interact with and very easy to talk to. Furthermore, I was impressed with the prompt and efficient responses from his secretary, Monica, who was extremely helpful. Without a doubt, I will be a loyal returning customer because of the outstanding service I received.

We've been taking our Volkswagen Jetta to Gagans for years. Came very highly recommended, and never disappointed! Goes above and beyond everytime! Very personable and knowledgeable. We're treated like family everytime. I'll highly recommend Gagans' services.

This place is the best around. We have been going here for over 10 years now. Never have had a single issue with the service. Gagan tells you everything he thinks needs to be done before he does it. His prices are extremely fair. Gagan is very very nice and it’s also a seamless and pleasant service every single time. Don’t look for another mechanic, come straight here. Couldn’t recommend him enough.

So far so good. He diagnosed the issue and replaced my turbo boost solenoid. Went above and beyond to explain things and even put my diesel VW into regeneration for me before I left. Thank you Gagan. See you on with the next issue 🙂

I love my cars and with that being said finding someone I trust to work on them has always been a challenge. After having a family members car worked on by Gagans Autowerks and seeing their professionalism and knowledge I decided to bring my own car in for some work. They did a complete brake swap (rotors, pads, and calipers) on mine and my buddies car and I was blown away by how everything was handled. Both cars were cared for as if they were his own and delivered on time without any issues. We all have been there before where we are dreading that call from the mechanic telling us how its not going to be done on time or that its going to cost more than was initially quoted. In this case the only call I got was the work was done and someone from the shop was on their way to pick me up. From now on all mine and my families cars will go to Gagan Autowerks for all our maintenance and repair needs.
