Always great service and trustworthy! No surprises. They keep in contact with thorough findings and updates, even provide friendly reminders to bring your car in when due! Hard to find these days. Knowledgeable with Audi which is a bonus!

The first time I went to Superior I was delighted that they had taken a good look over the car – and agreed to additional service items that totaled more than the brake job I had come for. However, on the last oil change visit on a Friday before an early morning departure on a long trip on Monday, I had specifically asked them to look over the car and at pick up was unequivocally told that everything looked good. Less than 24 hours later, a piece of metal on the undercarriage was dragging on a highway. Because this happened on a Saturday afternoon, my car was towed home and I rented a car for the Monday trip. When I contacted Superior, I was told, ”...the shield was already damaged and we did our best to flatten it back out and secure it." They suggested just removing the nonessential piece. This was the first I had heard of the damage and any option about how to manage it. They said that I had further damaged the piece causing it to come loose. My drive was completely uneventful until metal started dragging on a highway. They had no comment about whether the new damage could have occurred after the piece started dragging or by being hauled up onto a flatbed truck for towing. I had experienced significant inconvenience and expense, but I did not ask for nor expected compensation for it. I just wanted to be reassured that I would be told about problems with my car in the future. Instead, I was made to feel like a liar. Caveat emptor!

Sometimes repair shops can leave you dissatisfied, however, Superior Automotive has always delivered. They advise you really well, perform the repairs in a very timely manner and their prices are always very reasonable. It doesn't matter how big or small the problem is, they always take good care of you. I've been there a few times in the last couple of years, from flat tires, to brake jobs and headlight issues, and every time they have beat my expectations. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Mercer County area to take their mechanical issues to Superior.

Jeff and Andrew were wonderful! Very impressed with the customer service and transparency. I have a Benz and the other non dealer shop I considered seemed too secretive about their pricing which made me feel they were probably going to try and rip me off and thats not someone I would trust with my baby! Im glad I came here, they told me exactly what the price would be, service was done quickly, my car is driving perfectly and I couldn't be happier. You guys definitely have a customer for life! 😊

We just picked-up the car after a significant amount of work, and everything is running perfectly at this point. We appreciated the communication, explanations and detailed reasons for work to be performed, as well as the follow-up calls after the car was road-tested. It's only been a week, but things are running good now. The shop requested that I provide an update on the vehicle performance and workmanship after some more driving and different conditions. So far so good. I plan to go back for regular maintenance and upkeep for this vehicle.
