Karl Mey’s Collision and Paint was very professional and courteous, with high quality workmanship. The repair work was excellent and they went above and beyond in customer service. My representative, Greg, was very helpful. He handled the coordination between my insurance company and Enterprise Rental seamlessly, and he and did a great job through the entire process.

I had a little fender bender with my brand new car that I was really sad about and was going to be paying out of pocket for the repairs. I brought my car into Karl Meys for a quote and they were quick, fair and very friendly to me when I showed them the work I needed done. I was so happy I chose them, I picked up my car after coming back from a trip and it looks brand new again, plus they cleaned it and gave it a good wash…I hope I will never need help again but if I do, I’ll definitely be bringing my car back here!

Jack and his team at Karl Mey’s should be your go-to spot for any collision repairs. The day they received my vehicle they started the repair process, and worked alongside my insurance company. They were communicative, and all the staff with whom I interacted were helpful and kind.

All told the job was completed within about 2.5 weeks — faster than their initial estimate! The quality of their work is superb, and my vehicle feels as if nothing ever happened. Not to mention the detail job they did made it also look like I rolled off the factory lot.

Their workmanship passed a “trial by fire” too! My collision occurred in the middle of a long distance move and soon as I picked up my vehicle I hit the road for a 500+ mile journey. Absolutely no problems on the road, and I tend to make long trips go by much faster… Within the week I had to take another 300 mile round trip ride! Again zero problems and my vehicle rode perfectly.

Although I’d never wish you to be in need of body work, Karl Mey’s will treat you right and take good care of you.

Reason I’m here: my car got hit in a parking lot while I was enjoying dinner at market fair. Scott from Al’s towing recommended this place and I’m glad he did.

Charlie is the person I spoke too at this auto repair shop. I’m telling you just hand off alone was excellent. My insurance company provided me with an estimate. Charlie emailed with a quick response about the estimate repair time. Thank you Charlie for making an inconvenient accident in my life less troublesome.

Had my first encounter with a "Jersey Deer" in November of last year. Karl Mey's was the first highest rated place I came across with my insurances approved car repair place. I was able to get an appointment the same day the accident happened, walked in and went over the damages, I believe his name was Jack he was very personal and professional with me, we joked about the deer and getting stuff altogether, made me feel more comfortable. Luckily I was able to continue driving my car on Jacks and my insurance companys recommendation while they got the parts ordered, saving me money in this whole process. Of course it took a hot minute because of the car part shortage going on. Eventually came time for the fix. Turned it in and they fixed it in about 2.5 weeks. Got calls and emails every other day updating me on the repairs. I greatly appreciated the updates. Finally got the car back and BOY, she looks even better than when I picked her off the lot! These guys did an amazing job here, and would highly recommend Karl Mey's to anyone. The only issue I had was more self-fixable, a blown fuse to my door handles button lock. I figured it was more than that so I brought it back up and they fixed it right away.
