One of the rare business establishment who really values customer. From Day 1 they have been very professional and detailed in their communication. Though they quoted much higher (as they replaced everything) than GEICO, they also took the responsibility of dealing this with the insurance company. I. just had to pay the deductible amount. I really liked the proactive SMS updates they provided at each critical phase of the repairs. I will highly recommend anybody looking for Tesla repairs
