Had some plumbing issues that weren't huge, but it mattered to me. Brian showed up on time, explained what was actually going on without upselling or nonsense, fixed it quickly, and cleaned up after. He is a straight shooter and easy to work with. Would call again without hesitation!
Best part was that the technician was dispatched on very short notice. Scheduled visit thru a 12/21 t/c, and he came here the next day, which was two days before Xmas. And he quickly determined that our leaking problem was due to a faulty valve, not the expansion tank which we had repaired but 12 days previously.
Brian arrived on time and was very professional. He was knowledgeable and was engaging. His friendly and personal demeanor combined well with his technical skills. He has done work before, and he’s been consistent from visit to visit. Prevailing rates for the town seem to be high overall, and this is more reflection of the trade,but Brian was efficient and charged accordingly
Very, very pleased. Robert did just what I asked for—an inspection of 3 toilets to make sure they would stand up to visits from several house guests. He replaced some parts—he had what he needed in the truck because I was asked ahead of time for brand names. He was in and it quickly. Highly recommend.
Jefferson Plumbing is great! They ‘re quick, reliable, friendly and helpful. They’ve taken care of several urgent jobs for a family member that I help. Everybody there - the plumbers and the office - has been wonderful to work with.
