Outstanding doctor. I dont feel rushed with Dr. Bogay. He takes the time to listen to you and answers your questions. The girls that answer the phone and the nurses are very polite and professional. I would highly reccommend Dr. Bogay if you want a doctor that cares about his patients and is will to sit and listen to your questions and answer them with out make you feel rushed like some doctors do.
Dr Bugay is absolutely wonderful!!! Very thorough and took so much time with me. His staff is also so friendly!! Melissa even offered to drop my prescription off at Wal-Mart for me because I wasn't able to get to the office with being so sick!!! I highly recommend them!!
Dr Bugay is the most wonderful and compassionate doctor I’ve ever had. He listens to all your concerns. I have sent many new patients to him.
I have been going to Dr. Bugay for about 8 years now and I can't say enough about how wonderful he is. I am one of those people who suffered from white coat syndrome and always hated going to the doctor. But, Dr. Bugay always made me feel very at ease with his wonderful bedside manner. He never rushes my visits and always explains all test results. When I need to speak to him about something important he will always call me back when I leave a message. I wouldn't think of going to any other doctor.
I have heard many positive things about Dr. Bugay, which is why I made my appointment. However, the administrative staff who handles scheduling could use some additional customer service training. The front desk staff is rude and unprofessional, and I feel bad for Dr. Bugay because their behavior reflects poorly on the entire practice.
