Since moving to the area I have had difficulty finding really good primary care doctors and staff and it's been very stressful because I have multiple things that need attention. I am so happy to have found Dr Ongsiako and his wonderful staff. I no longer get a knot in my stomach when I have to call them for something. They are always warm and friendly and very helpful. Please don't ever retire, doctor!

GREAT doctor - VERY thorough, competent, and caring. Dr. O really listens, and never rushes through an appointment. We see him together, since we are an older couple, and help each other remember things. Dr O welcomes that. He is very supportive in suggesting specialists when needed, and he has a good reputation among other doctors we have seen. The office staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient. We recommend Dr Ongsiako regularly and are glad we found him when we moved to the area two years ago.

Been a patient of this practice for over 15 years. I can speak first hand ( not as a representative of another ) that this doctor and all members of the staff go above and beyond for patients. They have been achieving higher patient outcomes in the case of myself ( management of my condition) and my family since before it was a thing to do so in health care. If you are seeking a small professional office with a doctor that cares to work with you ; to tailor a life long relationship and solution (with or with out medication) , you have absolutely found it. Regardless of insurance situation I will never degrade my level of care by switching from this office.

My first visit to Dr. Ongsiako was a very pleasant one. Dr. O took his time to get to know me and was very helpful. My second visit to Dr. O was even better then the first one. Dr. O is so understanding and if he is not sure he will recommend someone who can help you. I am so pleased and very happy that I was able to find a wonderful doctor who I can trust. I've been a patient of Dr. Ongsiako's for more than 16 years and would never consider using another doctor. He takes time with each patient and actually listens to your concerns and addresses your questions. Unlike many in the medical profession, he does not rush you to get to the next patient. Dr. Ongsiako truly cares about his patients!!.

He takes a reasonable and conservative approach to disgnostics, as well as treatment. He doesn't immediately prescribe unnecessary medications, as his first approach to treatment.

Finally, his office staff, Dawn, Robin and Cindy are amazing and go above and beyond to help patients. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, caring and professional practice; this is it!
