It's disappointing to see such terrible reviews for both the office and Dr. Ortiz. First let me say that Dr. Ortiz is a compassionate and caring physician. He has treated me with the utmost respect and listens to my every worry / concern, thus providing me with helpful information. I happily rate him 5 stars.
As far as the office goes, they recently transitioned to a new phone number, system and affiliation. This may be why some have had difficulty in reaching them. Prior to the affiliation change, I was notified in writing and verbally that this would be happening, as well given the new phone number. HOWEVER, the office and assistants personnel are some of the most caring and warm team members in the practice. I have always been greeted with a smile and friendly hello whenever I visit or call. They are genuine in their care and respectful of your time and needs.
I have recommended Dr. Ortiz and his team to several others and they agree with my assessment that this is a top-notch provider.
Don't hesitate to visit with him - he's a wonderful provider!
