Dr. Jeffrey T. Smith, DO

Dr smith is a wonderful Dr who we’ve been going to for years and years, sadly with insurance changes and moves etc we lost touch but we were trying to re establish going back to his office, so as you can imagine it came to a shock to me when I called and Lynn transferred me over to a woman name Nicole ( office manager ? ) was very brash and short on the phone with me saying that they won’t accept us back because my husband was rude to them earlier ? Like what ? I didn’t even know he called and when he did call he absolutely was not mean or rude , he was explaining that he was an old patients of Dr smith since he essentially opened his first practice in Haskell!? So here i am even more confused now and I said well that’s Interesting you’re gaslighting us and calling us rude when these reviews even here on google and other review platforms state otherwise. As you can see the office staff will sadly be the downfall of his practice if not mitigated, we have never been dismissed and ever excused from any other Dr office in all of our life, shocking to say the least.

Dr. Smith is wonderful! His staff not so much. Move 3 years ango. Never received a statement of owing anything why? Because they haven’t updated my information! Every year for a physical they make sure you verify your information. Can you explain to me why my info wasn’t updated and they are nasty to all patients. I’m really contemplating on changing my dr. Just sucks that I’m so comfortable with him.

Dr. Jeffrey Smith is simply the best Physician I have ever had the pleasure know. It is a joy being a patient of his. He really cares about his patients and takes his time to listen to all of my concerns. Dr. Smith is very intelligent with all types of ways a patient can improve their health besides just writing an RX. He has always been there for me when I needed an appointment. Dr. Smith is also the physician for many of my friends. All of my friends have the same opinion of Dr. Smith. Also, his office staff are absolutely wonderful. I have never had to wait a long time in his waiting room when I made an appointment to see him. His new office facility is beautiful. He also has computer links to all of the local pharmacies which makes it very easy to full my prescriptions. I highly recommend Dr. Jeffrey Smith. I would also like to add that Dr. Smith has saved one of my best friends life. I can not go into details about my friends illness but I can tell you that Jeff has gone far and beyond what ANY other doctor would have done to get my friend seen by the proper people, using his experience and knowledge to make sure my friend got in to see a "super specialist" that we had no idea even existed.
