It's very clean and everyone was friendly.
The only thing I would change is the beds looked very old
The people at Waterfront are nice to my mother, but sometimes slow to respond and they don't always grant her requests. But they let her watch TV a lot.
I was there on Halloween, visiting with my girlfriend Irene. We played Bingo and had a treat. They gave out a prize for the best door decorations. Some of the staff and residents were dressed for Halloween. They had decorations through out the building.
Irene enjoys her food there, especially ice cream for dessert.
The staff is always helpful with your questions, and the residents needs.
Always clean, and they make sure the residents are taken care of.
It's a great place to have a loved one stay.
Irene misses being home, but enjoys her friends here. Playing Bingo, cards, crafts and music.
Staff was cheerful and welcoming, rooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy and my mom’s cousin looked very happy and she said they were taking good care of her. She is 93 and looked well.
We are very happy with the level of care my mom receives. The facility is a little dated but I see improvements all the time. All the caregivers are truly kind and wonderful.
