I can’t say enough about how positive my experience has been going to therapy with Dana! I started meeting with her at the end of September, and about 2.5 months later, my mood and quality of life has improved significantly from all the help, resources, and tools Dana has given me. She makes you feel so seen and is extremely real and supportive throughout sessions. I’m so glad I found her!

I am grateful to have found Dana. She is incredible at what she does, and I leave each session feeling more positive, refreshed, appropriately challenged, and motivated. She has changed my life for the better in so many ways. She provides me with the tools I need to manage anxiety and overwhelm. She is extremely knowledgeable in so many areas of life. I know I can go to her with any challenge and she will guide me in the right direction.

Dana has been nothing short of spectacular since my husband started seeing her. I have seen great progress over the past 10 months. It was a hard time for my husband to find someone who can relate and connect with but since January he has been different and I can tell he is proud of who he has become… a lot of adversity but Dana has helped him every step of the way.

Tori has been absolutely amazing. I have had such a rough year with loss and her words of encouragement have gotten me through some very tough days. I highly recommend her!
