The place is resonably good in rural NJ. The nurses with Dr. Reddy at Newton Hospital were good for minor surgeries. However, Dr. Reddy's staff at his practice ENT of sparta are awfull. Atlantic Health needs to get some professional staff. Nobody followed after the surgery of my son's tonsillectomy. There is also a "perceived bias" and "marginalization" of people of color although Dr. Reddy is a person of color. Please improve your office facility and interpersonal skills with people of color, Dr. Reddy! Your patients are highy accomplished individuals and don't underestimate their intelligence.
I really appreciate that they are so quick to answer the phone when i have post surgery pain questions. It really means a lot for them to pick up immediately and do everything they can to calm my anxiety and fit me in for a follow up so soon. They are very kind at the front desk & dr reddy is very upfront and honest about pain. His honesty might not be for everyone but to me it helped to know how how much pain to expect!! I really feel like the whole team wants me to feel better ♡
