I previously left a bad review, but things do change. After talking with Regin and explaining why I was so upset she apologized and was very nice. The front desk is a mad house, but after sitting and observing what goes on I truly understand. Sometimes we are quick to write a bad review, but I’m happy to say they do try their best.

Very disappointed with service from the front desk. We have been going to Dr. Aggarwal, which is an amazing doctor for years. My husband got bit by a tick . I called to make an appointment because there is a 24 h to get an antibiotic for limes. I explained it to the front desk and she said she had nothing available.I suggested tele- visit, and again she got frustrated with me and she repeated herself she has nothing available. Very rude!

My family is very happy with Dr. Aggarwal's services. My husband had what I thought was a pimple and she immediately pointed out that it was Lyme disease. Thanks to Dr. Aggarwal we were able to treat early.

From Stephanie Connelly I read these other reviews and some of the negative ones are so untrue. She is my primary doctor when I had a question in regards to a skin condition she told me to go to a dermatologist of my choice. I not only went to one I went to two other dermatologists and was wrongly diagnosed buy both of them. When I explained to her that the skin condition was not going away she took her time to figure out what the issue was and was the only one who found out I had lynching sclerosis. She took photos a biopsy she did everything to narrow down what the problem was. When I had issues with my heart beating too fast she was concerned and immediately referred me to a heart doctor that took care of my needs which was only a change of Medicine. She is gone above and beyond for me. She's thorough she's compassionate and she's caring with her patients. You are not just a number or a paycheck to her. She spends as much time as you need answering your questions and concerns. She is the only doctor I know that when you call she will return your call . I am blessed to have her now as my primary doctor.
