I have been a patient of Dr. Tirpack for over 30 years, and his exceptional approach, genuine concern, and dedication to patient care have always been top notch. The office staff at the reception have little customer service experience.
The also schedule for an appointment and have you wait. I was scheduled for 1:00 pm and didn't get into 1:20, because they were upstairs eating lunch and talking. This happened more than once.
Dr. Tirpack doesn't communicate with you once you finish, as your walking out he directs you to the right hand door, the finance dept. which is not professionally done. The financial women is not professional either. I literally was stopped from leaving because i had approx. $3. balance which I hadn't realized.
